AZ Appliance Bros collects information you provide when you contact us, request availability, submit a rental application, schedule service, sign an agreement, or manage a rental account. This may include your name, email address, phone number, service address, alternate contact information, information used to verify identity or residence, appliance and service details, communications, and rental or payment status. Our website and service providers may also collect device, browser, usage, IP-address, and cookie information needed to operate, secure, and improve the site.
Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. AZ Appliance Bros does not receive or store your full card number or security code.
How We Use and Share Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and process rental requests, verify information, schedule delivery, installation, service, or pickup, administer rental agreements and billing, provide support, prevent fraud or misuse, keep business records, improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations.
We may share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate, including Wix for website hosting and forms, Jotform for applications and electronic signatures, Stripe for payment processing and billing, Calendly for scheduling, email providers, and technicians or contractors involved in providing requested service. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect customers, our equipment, our business, or others. We do not sell or rent personal information.
