AZ Appliance Bros works to improve accessibility over time and aims to follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably practicable. This statement describes our current approach and does not claim that every feature is fully conformant.

OUR ACCESSIBILITY APPROACH

We want visitors using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, and other assistive technologies to be able to understand and use our website and customer portal. Accessibility is an ongoing part of how we review the site.

ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES

We review and improve clear headings and page structure, readable color contrast and text sizing, descriptive labels and link text, keyboard-friendly navigation, alternative text for meaningful images, responsive layouts, and limiting unnecessary motion.

KNOWN LIMITATIONS

Some features are provided by third parties, including Wix, Jotform, Stripe, and Calendly. Their pages, forms, or embedded tools may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. If a third-party feature prevents you from completing a task, contact us and we will provide reasonable assistance or an alternative method when possible.
